Custom postcards for business prospects, built to win your agency clients
Fer Marketing designs custom postcards that help US marketing agencies win new business clients. Each card is built for one prospect, showing a real issue from their website, branded as your agency, printed on premium card stock and mailed by USPS First-Class. We also find the prospects. It costs $10 per postcard mailed, 50-card minimum.
- Relevant and personalized. Every card is about one prospect's own business.
- Real value, every time. Each message points to a real issue they can check, not a generic blast or more of the same.
- Managed end to end. Prospects, research, design, print and USPS mailing. Your team takes the calls.
How are the postcards customized?
The aim is new clients for your agency. Custom postcards, designed for each business that receives them and branded as yours, are how we open the door.
We set up a layout that matches your agency's colors, type and voice. Inside that layout, every card shows a different prospect's website and a different finding.
That balance lets a campaign look professional and consistent while each card still feels made for its reader.
What is on each card?
- Front: a clear visual of the issue we found on the prospect's site.
- Back: a short note, your agency's details and a QR code or link.
- Your agency's branding throughout.
- Premium card stock, mailed USPS First-Class.
How does it work?
- 01
We find your prospects
Tell us the niche and area your agency wants to reach. We research the businesses. You do not need to supply a list.
- 02
We find a real issue
We review each prospect's website and document one specific, verifiable problem, like a broken link or a form that fails on mobile.
- 03
We design the postcard
The front shows the finding. The back carries a short personal note and your agency's contact details. You review before printing.
- 04
We print and mail it
Each card is printed on premium card stock and sent by USPS First-Class Mail in your agency's name.
What does a postcard look like?
A fictional sample. The agency, the prospect and the address are made up to show the format.

What do agency owners ask?
Can you match our agency's brand guidelines?
Yes. Share your logo, colors and any guidelines, and we design the campaign layout around them.
What kind of website issue do you mention?
Something real and visible that we found on the prospect's own site, such as a broken link, a form that does not submit, or a page that fails on mobile. We do not invent problems.
How are the postcards mailed?
Each card is printed on premium card stock and sent through USPS First-Class Mail to the prospect's business address.
How can my agency get more clients?
Reach prospects with a message that is about their business and useful to them, then follow up personally. We do that for you with postcards that point to a real issue on each prospect's website, sent in your agency's name, so your team only talks to people who respond.
How can my agency stand out from cold email?
Send something physical and specific. A printed postcard about a real problem on the prospect's own website does not compete with a crowded inbox, and it shows you already looked at their business.
Does direct mail work for B2B outreach?
It can, when the message is relevant to the business receiving it. We do not promise response rates; we make each card specific to one prospect so it is worth reading.
How is this different from a postcard printing service?
A printing service prints what you send. We also find the prospects, review each website, write the message and design every card, then print and mail it. It is a client acquisition service, not just print.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum is 50 postcards, which is $500 at $10 per postcard mailed.
How do you find prospects?
We research businesses that match the niche and area you choose, then review each one's website. You do not need to supply prospects, and you can check the list before anything is designed.
How do we pay?
We accept payments via Stripe, including credit and debit cards. There is no checkout on this site: we talk first, agree on the campaign, and then send the payment details.
