Client acquisition for agencies · Handwritten-style notes
New clients for your agency, opened with a handwritten postcards service
Fer Marketing is a postcard service for US marketing agencies that pairs a short handwritten-style note, printed in a handwriting font, with a real finding from each prospect's website. We find the prospects, write and design each card, then print and mail it USPS First-Class in your agency's name. $10 per card mailed, 50-card minimum.
- Relevant and personalized. Every card is about one prospect's own business.
- Real value, every time. Each message points to a real issue they can check, not a generic blast or more of the same.
- Managed end to end. Prospects, research, design, print and USPS mailing. Your team takes the calls.
What does the handwritten-style note look like?
Getting your agency clients is the point. A short handwritten-style note, written for one business about one thing we found on their website, is how we start the conversation.
The note is brief: who it is for, what we noticed and how your agency can help. It is signed with the name of the person at your agency who should get the reply.
To be clear about the format, the note is designed in a handwriting typeface and printed with the rest of the card. That keeps every card clean and readable while still feeling personal.
Why does a handwritten feel help?
- It reads like a message from a person, not a brochure.
- It gives room for a specific observation instead of a sales pitch.
- It pairs naturally with your QR code or contact line.
- It keeps the front free for a clear visual of the finding.
How does it work?
- 01
We find your prospects
Tell us the niche and area your agency wants to reach. We research the businesses. You do not need to supply a list.
- 02
We find a real issue
We review each prospect's website and document one specific, verifiable problem, like a broken link or a form that fails on mobile.
- 03
We design the postcard
The front shows the finding. The back carries a short personal note and your agency's contact details. You review before printing.
- 04
We print and mail it
Each card is printed on premium card stock and sent by USPS First-Class Mail in your agency's name.
What does a postcard look like?
A fictional sample. The agency, the prospect and the address are made up to show the format.

What do agency owners ask?
Are the postcards written with a pen?
The note is set in a handwriting-style font and printed, not written by hand with a pen. If you need pen-written cards, ask us on a call and we will tell you honestly whether it fits your campaign.
Who signs the note?
Someone from your agency, usually the person who will take the follow-up conversation.
How are the postcards mailed?
Each card is printed on premium card stock and sent through USPS First-Class Mail to the prospect's business address.
How can my agency get more clients?
Reach prospects with a message that is about their business and useful to them, then follow up personally. We do that for you with postcards that point to a real issue on each prospect's website, sent in your agency's name, so your team only talks to people who respond.
How can my agency stand out from cold email?
Send something physical and specific. A printed postcard about a real problem on the prospect's own website does not compete with a crowded inbox, and it shows you already looked at their business.
Does direct mail work for B2B outreach?
It can, when the message is relevant to the business receiving it. We do not promise response rates; we make each card specific to one prospect so it is worth reading.
How is this different from a postcard printing service?
A printing service prints what you send. We also find the prospects, review each website, write the message and design every card, then print and mail it. It is a client acquisition service, not just print.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum is 50 postcards, which is $500 at $10 per postcard mailed.
How do you find prospects?
We research businesses that match the niche and area you choose, then review each one's website. You do not need to supply prospects, and you can check the list before anything is designed.
How do we pay?
We accept payments via Stripe, including credit and debit cards. There is no checkout on this site: we talk first, agree on the campaign, and then send the payment details.
