Postcard marketing cost for agency client acquisition

Fer Marketing charges $10 per postcard mailed, with a 50-card minimum ($500). That price covers finding prospects for your agency, reviewing each prospect's website for a real issue, designing a personalized postcard, printing on premium card stock and USPS First-Class postage. Payment is via Stripe after we talk. It is a client acquisition service for US agencies.

  • Relevant and personalized. Every card is about one prospect's own business.
  • Real value, every time. Each message points to a real issue they can check, not a generic blast or more of the same.
  • Managed end to end. Prospects, research, design, print and USPS mailing. Your team takes the calls.

What drives postcard marketing cost?

You are paying for new client conversations, not just printing. One price per postcard mailed covers prospect research, the website review, design, printing and postage.

When agencies compare direct mail options, the printing is usually the smallest part. The real cost is the time spent finding the right prospects and deciding what to say to each one.

Our pricing bundles that work in. You pay per card that is actually mailed, and there is a minimum campaign size so each campaign has enough reach to be worth running.

What does the price include?

  • Prospect research in your chosen niche and area.
  • A website review and one documented finding per prospect.
  • Custom front and back design in your agency's branding.
  • Premium card stock printing and USPS First-Class postage.

How does it work?

  1. 01

    We find your prospects

Tell us the niche and area your agency wants to reach. We research the businesses. You do not need to supply a list.

  2. 02

    We find a real issue

We review each prospect's website and document one specific, verifiable problem, like a broken link or a form that fails on mobile.

  3. 03

    We design the postcard

The front shows the finding. The back carries a short personal note and your agency's contact details. You review before printing.

  4. 04

    We print and mail it

Each card is printed on premium card stock and sent by USPS First-Class Mail in your agency's name.

What does a postcard look like?

A fictional sample. The agency, the prospect and the address are made up to show the format.

Postcard front for a fictional roofing company, showing that its quote form button does nothing on mobile
Front: the website issue, shown clearly.
Postcard back with a short handwritten-style note from the fictional agency, a QR code and the mailing address
Back: a short personal note in the agency's name.

How much does it cost?

$10 per postcard mailed

50-card minimum ($500 minimum campaign). Research, website review, design, printing and USPS First-Class postage included. Payment via Stripe (credit and debit cards) once we agree on the campaign.

What do agency owners ask?

How much does a campaign cost?

$10 per postcard mailed, with a 50-card minimum, so the smallest campaign is $500.

Is postage included?

Yes. Printing and USPS First-Class postage are included in the per-card price.

Do we pay for prospects who are not mailed?

No. The price is per postcard mailed. We can talk through campaign size and timing on a call.

How can my agency get more clients?

Reach prospects with a message that is about their business and useful to them, then follow up personally. We do that for you with postcards that point to a real issue on each prospect's website, sent in your agency's name, so your team only talks to people who respond.

How can my agency stand out from cold email?

Send something physical and specific. A printed postcard about a real problem on the prospect's own website does not compete with a crowded inbox, and it shows you already looked at their business.

Does direct mail work for B2B outreach?

It can, when the message is relevant to the business receiving it. We do not promise response rates; we make each card specific to one prospect so it is worth reading.

How is this different from a postcard printing service?

A printing service prints what you send. We also find the prospects, review each website, write the message and design every card, then print and mail it. It is a client acquisition service, not just print.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum is 50 postcards, which is $500 at $10 per postcard mailed.

How do you find prospects?

We research businesses that match the niche and area you choose, then review each one's website. You do not need to supply prospects, and you can check the list before anything is designed.

How do we pay?

We accept payments via Stripe, including credit and debit cards. There is no checkout on this site: we talk first, agree on the campaign, and then send the payment details.
