Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion by email

Send an email to fer@fer.marketing with the subject Data deletion request. Please include:

• your business name;
• the WhatsApp number connected to our platform, or the phone number or email address your request is about.

We will verify the request, delete the related data within 30 days, and send you an email confirming the deletion. Some records may be kept where the law requires it, and we will tell you if that applies.

Disconnect our app in Meta

If you are a client business, you can also remove our access at any time from Meta:

• Open Meta Business Settings (business.facebook.com/settings).
• Go to Integrations, then Business integrations.
• Find Fer Marketing and select Remove.

Once removed, our platform can no longer access your WhatsApp Business account. To also have the data we already hold deleted, send the email described above.
