WordPress care for agencies · Your brand, your client relationship
White label WordPress maintenance for your agency
Keep selling WordPress care while we handle the technical work. Our white label WordPress maintenance service covers updates, off-site backups, security, uptime monitoring and maintenance fixes, with support tickets and monthly reports delivered under your agency brand. Your team keeps the client relationship and approves the work.
From $250 per site per month. Agency volume pricing available. Fixed scope and quote in writing before work starts.
Send your site list, the problems you are inheriting and the support your agency has promised. We will confirm the maintenance scope, ticket workflow and monthly price.
Outsource WordPress maintenance without handing over your clients
This service fits agencies that build sites or sell SEO and marketing, then need someone accountable for ongoing WordPress care. We work through your team, in your ticket workflow. You decide what the client sees, what gets approved and what you charge. If you need a development partner for new builds as well, see our white-label WordPress guide.
What your white label WordPress support includes
Core, theme and plugin updates
We back up before updating, check the site afterward and use staging for changes that need testing away from the live site. Agree the pages and functions that must pass QA, including forms and checkout where relevant. A failed update is rolled back and investigated before another attempt.
Off-site backups and restore checks
Scheduled backups are stored away from the live server, with tested restores. During onboarding we agree frequency, retention, access and the recovery steps for each site, so your agency knows what can be recovered and who authorizes a restore.
Security and malware response
Security hardening, malware scans and cleanup if something gets in are part of our published maintenance service. We review users and security settings during the initial audit, document findings and route decisions through your agency.
Uptime monitoring and escalation
Monitoring alerts come to us. We investigate and escalate to your team as agreed, including when a host or another provider must act. The handoff defines the urgent contact, approval rules and any site-specific response requirements.
Maintenance fixes with a clear scope
Update conflicts, rollback and the maintenance issues agreed in your plan stay in the care workflow. We flag inherited problems at the audit and confirm the remediation scope before starting. New features and ongoing content changes need their own agreed scope.
Support tickets under your agency brand
Send requests by email or through your project tool. Include the affected URL, steps to reproduce, expected behavior and client deadline. We return technical notes, QA results and a summary your team can forward under its own name.
How the handoff works
- Step 1
Define the sites and the promises
Share the site list, hosting, plugins, licenses, existing issues and client commitments. We confirm included work, exclusions, reporting and price. Use the WordPress maintenance checklist to make the recurring tasks explicit.
- Step 2
Audit, back up and establish access
After scope approval, we arrange access to WordPress, hosting, staging and backups through an agreed secure channel. We take a full backup and review the starting condition. Your agency or client keeps control of the accounts and licenses.
- Step 3
Run tickets, staging and approvals
Name your agency contact and urgent escalation route. Work is tested before handoff; you review changes before publication. We reply the same business day, 9 AM to 9 PM ET. Confirm incident coverage and resolution expectations in writing before promising them to clients.
- Step 4
Report, review and keep the handoff usable
Your team receives the monthly report and any decisions that need approval. When the site or request volume changes, we revisit scope first. Agree the offboarding steps too: current backups, outstanding tickets, access removal and the final status summary.
Bring the care plans your agency already sells
Send the sites and your current list of client promises. We will turn them into a written maintenance scope with ticket, approval and reporting responsibilities.
Your agency stays in front of the client
We communicate with your team and never contact your clients unless you ask. NDA and non-solicitation terms are available. Fernando Marcano does or reviews the work, so your agency has a named person accountable for delivery.
Use staging under your domain or a neutral domain as agreed. Client-facing handoff notes and reports carry your agency identity, with no Fer Marketing promotion. Your team reviews and forwards them; the client does not need a separate relationship with us.
If you want an unbranded report instead of a report with your logo, agree that format during onboarding. We prepare the maintenance summary without supplier branding so you can add your own cover, wording and contact details before sending it.
Monthly reports your team can actually use
The report should distinguish completed work, checks and unresolved issues. We agree the format with your agency. These are the records to include, rather than a generic claim that everything is fine:
Updates and QA
What changed, when it changed, which checks passed and any update deferred because it needs a license, compatibility fix or approval.
Backup and recovery status
Backup job status, restore checks performed and any recovery issue that still needs attention.
Security and availability
Scan findings, incidents, action taken and unresolved host or third-party dependencies. A quiet monitoring period should not hide an open problem.
Tickets and next decisions
Completed requests, remaining tickets and the specific approvals or separately scoped work needed from your agency.
Agree the boundary between care and new work
The baseline is our WordPress maintenance service. A white label website maintenance arrangement adds your agency's communication, approvals and reporting rules. List the sites covered and the checks each one needs before you resell the plan.
A new landing page, catalog changes or a new integration should be scoped as WordPress site management or development. Put ticket allowances, paid plugin licenses, hosting costs and any initial cleanup in writing. Do not assume a maintenance plan means unlimited development.
For stores and membership sites, agree checkout or login checks and a recovery approach that accounts for new orders and user activity. Before restoring an older backup, establish what recent data it could replace. Our website maintenance contract guide helps you document responsibilities and approval rules.
White label WP maintenance pricing
Our published starting price is $250 per site per month, with agency volume pricing available. The final quote depends on site size, plugins, hosting, stores or membership features and expected requests. We review the sites and confirm a fixed written quote before starting. Use our white-label WordPress pricing guide to account for your own client communication and review time when setting the resale price.

Frequently asked questions
How much does white label WordPress maintenance cost?
Fer Marketing's published maintenance price starts at $250 per site per month, with agency volume pricing available. Site size, plugins, hosting, stores or membership areas and expected requests affect the quote. We confirm scope and a fixed written price before work starts.
Will you contact our clients or put your name on reports?
We communicate with your team and never contact your clients unless you ask. Reports are delivered under your agency brand. An unbranded summary for your team to format can be agreed during onboarding. NDA and non-solicitation terms are available.
Can we use our own support ticket system?
Yes. We accept requests by email or through your project tool. We agree the agency contact, ticket information, priorities, approvals and handoff format before starting. Your team remains the client-facing support contact.
Are fixes and content edits included without limits?
The plan covers the maintenance work and fixes listed in the written scope. Ongoing content edits, new pages, integrations and new features need an agreed management or development scope. We identify inherited issues during the audit and confirm remediation before starting it.
What if an update breaks a client site?
We take a backup before the update. If an update breaks the site, we roll back and investigate the conflict before trying again. The site-specific plan defines staging, QA and approval steps, with extra care around recent orders or other changing data.
Do our clients need to move hosting?
Usually no. We work with the current host in most cases. If hosting causes the problem, we explain the issue and agree the next steps with your agency. Hosting access and any migration work are confirmed in the scope.
How quickly do you respond to support tickets?
We reply the same business day, 9 AM to 9 PM ET. A reply is not a guaranteed fix time. Urgent escalation, incident coverage and site-specific response requirements must be agreed in writing before your agency promises them to a client.
What happens when a client leaves our care plan?
Agree offboarding during onboarding: who receives current backups and status notes, which tickets remain open and when supplier access is removed. Your agency or client keeps control of accounts and licenses. Any additional transfer work needs an agreed scope.
