Who we are

This policy is published by Fer LLC, doing business as Fer Marketing, a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("Fer Marketing", "we", "us"). It applies to our website at https://fer.marketing and to the services we provide. Questions can be sent to fer@fer.marketing.

Website visitors and contact forms

When you visit our website, our hosting and server software record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of the request. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the site.

When you fill out a contact or order form, or write to us by email, WhatsApp, text, or phone, we receive the information you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and message. We use it to reply to you and to provide what you asked for.

Our services

We provide web design, search engine optimization (SEO), automations, and software integrations for businesses. When a client gives us access to its websites, accounts, or data so we can do this work, we use that access and data only to perform the work the client requested.

WhatsApp Business Platform

Fer Marketing operates a platform, in the manner of a Meta Tech Provider, that lets client businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business accounts through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) and Embedded Signup. The client business owns its WhatsApp Business account and its customer relationships.

To provide this service, we process the following data on behalf of client businesses:

• WhatsApp Business Account IDs, phone number IDs, and related business account details;
• access tokens issued by Meta that allow our platform to act for the connected account;
• message content sent and received through the connected number;
• contact phone numbers and profile names of the people who message, or are messaged by, the client business.

For this data we act as a processor (service provider) for the client business, which is the controller. We process it only to provide the service the client has requested, such as sending, receiving, routing, and automating messages. We do not sell this data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to build profiles for any other purpose.

How we share data

We do not sell personal data. We share data only as needed to run our services:

• with Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates, to send and receive WhatsApp messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform;
• with infrastructure providers we rely on, such as hosting, server, database, and email providers, which process data under their own terms and only to provide their services to us;
• when required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients, or others.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here. Data processed for a client business is kept while the client uses the service and is deleted when the client disconnects or asks us to delete it, except where we must keep certain records to meet legal obligations. Access tokens stop being used when an account is disconnected. Contact form messages and email correspondence are kept as long as needed to handle the request and our ordinary business records.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to systems and credentials, and storing access tokens on servers that are not publicly accessible. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or limit some processing. To make a request, email fer@fer.marketing. If your data was processed on behalf of a client business, such as messages you exchanged with that business on WhatsApp, we may refer your request to that business and will assist it in responding.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
