A design and build partner behind your agency

For marketing, SEO and branding agencies that sell websites and need a partner to turn the client brief into a finished site. Your agency handles sales and account management; we handle design and development. You remain the client's point of contact.

Already have an approved design and only need implementation? Use our white-label web development service for implementation, fixes and technical tickets.

What our white label web design services deliver

The proposal names the pages, templates and functions included. A page list alone is not enough: a contact page and a booking workflow need different design, build and testing work.

  • Page structure and visitor paths

An agreed sitemap, navigation and page priorities. We plan how a visitor moves from understanding the offer to making an inquiry, using your client's services and audience.

  • Visual direction and reusable layouts

Typography, colors, spacing and page layouts aligned with the supplied brand. We agree which layouts need design approval and how the remaining pages reuse them before building out the site.

  • A responsive WordPress build

The approved direction built into editable pages, with desktop and mobile layouts, navigation and the agreed forms. Integrations, stores and custom functions are named separately in the scope.

  • Content placement and page essentials

Placement of the supplied copy and images, heading structure, page titles and descriptions. Copywriting, translation, image sourcing and redirects must be explicitly included if you need them.

  • Review and launch checks

Checks of key pages, links, forms and mobile behavior before agency review. For replacement sites, we agree the backup, redirect and launch checks before touching the live site.

  • An agency-ready handoff

The agreed site access, custom code and change notes, with editing guidance for the built pages. We document license responsibilities, known limitations and any remaining launch tasks so you can manage the site after handoff.

WordPress first, with a build your team can maintain

We work with Elementor, Gutenberg or a custom theme. Tell us your preferred setup before quoting, including any agency templates or maintenance requirements the site must follow.

Agree who supplies premium licenses, hosting, approved text and image rights. Confirm administrator access and ownership of custom work in writing. A visual redesign does not automatically include a migration, a store, ongoing SEO or monthly maintenance; those need their own scope and acceptance checks.

For the ongoing outsourcing setup, see our white-label WordPress guide for agencies.

Your brand in front, clear boundaries behind it

Your agency collects the brief, consolidates feedback and approves delivery. We communicate with your team and do not contact your clients unless you ask us to. Staging can sit on your domain or a neutral domain, with no Fer Marketing branding in client-facing URLs, footers or handoff notes.

An NDA and non-solicitation agreement are available. Before sharing client access, agree who can see the work, which accounts will be used and whether any portfolio use is permitted. Review the preview link, notification emails and handoff material before forwarding them to your client.

From agency brief to approved website

  1. Define the scope before you sell it

Send the page list, brand assets, reference sites, required functions and deadline. We confirm deliverables, dependencies, review stages, price and delivery date in writing. Use that scope to prepare your own client proposal.

  2. Approve the design direction

We establish the page hierarchy and visual direction for the agreed layouts. Your agency gathers client feedback into one review. Approve the direction before the full build so a late preference change does not become an unplanned rebuild.

  3. Build, check and review on staging

We build the approved pages in WordPress and check the agreed visitor journeys. You review the working site before the client receives it. Corrections to our work are ours to fix; added pages or changed requirements are scoped before proceeding.

  4. Approve launch and receive the handoff

After your approval, we coordinate the agreed launch tasks and deliver access and documentation. Confirm who handles future content requests, updates and support so your client knows what is covered.

How to price and resell the work

You sell and invoice your client; Fer LLC quotes the work your agency commissions. You set the retail price and decide how to package design, build and account management. Start with a defined project. If you need recurring capacity, discuss the expected workload and availability before promising it to clients.

Include your discovery, meetings, content coordination and final review alongside our quote and any licenses. Agree the review rounds, what counts as a scope change and who approves extra work before setting your resale price.

Use the white-label WordPress pricing guide to plan the costs and responsibilities behind your resale price.

Review the work and the person delivering it

The portfolio examples show website design and build work. Their inclusion does not imply that those businesses hired a white-label service.

Frequently asked questions

What is white label web design?

A delivery partner designs a website that your agency sells under its own brand. With Fer Marketing, the agreed service can cover both the design and the WordPress build. Your agency manages the client, approves the work and sets the resale price.

Do you design the site or only build from our files?

We can take an agency brief through page structure, visual direction and the WordPress build. If your designer has already supplied approved layouts, we can quote implementation separately. The proposal states which design work and files are included, so design and development responsibilities stay clear.

Will our client see Fer Marketing branding or hear from you?

We deliver under your agency's brand and communicate through your team. We do not contact your client unless you request it. Staging can use your domain or a neutral one. An NDA and non-solicitation agreement are available, and client-facing materials are checked for our branding before handoff.

How does pricing work for a web design reseller?

We quote your agency for the agreed work, and you set your own client price. The quote depends on the layouts, page count, content readiness, functions and review scope. Include your project management and client support costs in your resale price. Scope, price and delivery date are confirmed in writing before starting.

Which WordPress builder will you use, and who owns the site?

We agree on Elementor, Gutenberg or a custom theme based on the brief and your agency's requirements. Before work starts, the scope should name who owns custom work, who receives administrator access and who supplies or renews paid licenses. The handoff includes the agreed access and documentation.

How long does a project take, and how are revisions handled?

We confirm a delivery date after reviewing the scope, content readiness, access and approval dependencies. Review rounds and approval stages are agreed in the proposal. Your agency consolidates client feedback. We correct our mistakes; new layouts, extra pages or changed requirements need an agreed scope change.

Can you provide ongoing support after launch?

Yes. Ongoing WordPress changes and maintenance can be scoped separately from the website project. Agree who receives client requests, which tasks are covered, response expectations and how additional work is approved. A completed build does not automatically include an open-ended support plan.

Put your next agency website into a written scope

Send the brief and tell us where your agency needs help: design direction, the WordPress build or both. You get questions or a written quote from Fernando, with the responsibilities and approval stages clear before work begins.
